Hasan is a founding partner of UKAS Partners. With an academic background grounded in both law and business, and a finance-oriented approach, his practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), banking and finance, and capital markets.

Throughout his career, Hasan has been actively involved in numerous M&A transactions involving both domestic and international investors. He has taken an active role at all stages of transactions, including deal structuring, legal due diligence, share transfer mechanisms, contractual documentation, and signing and closing processes. He has managed strategic acquisitions and share transfers across a wide range of sectors, including industry, manufacturing, biotechnology, design, tourism, and consumer products.

Hasan also maintains a broad advisory practice for regulated financial institutions. He provides both project-based and ongoing legal counsel to banks, factoring companies, brokerage firms, portfolio management companies, venture capital and real estate investment companies, as well as payment institutions, particularly in relation to corporate structuring, investor relations, and regulatory compliance.

In addition, Hasan advises on capital markets matters, IPO preparations, corporate restructurings, franchise systems, and commercial contracts. His advisory approach focuses on structuring complex commercial arrangements in a manner that is both regulation-compliant and sustainable over the long term.
